Elevation Design Explanation

1. Architectural Form

The elevation is based on strong horizontal and vertical lines, creating a layered and dynamic façade. Projected balconies and recessed volumes add depth and visual interest while maintaining a clean, structured appearance.

2. Material & Color Palette

  • White and light grey textured plaster for a clean and modern base
  • Wood-finish panels and ceilings to introduce warmth and richness
  • Exposed brick texture to add an earthy, natural contrast
  • Glass railings to enhance openness and modern aesthetics

3. Balconies & Green Integration

4. Feature Wall & Artistic Detail
